Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@jenookkitchenstools.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel your order within 48 hours or before receiving order shipment email without any fees. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges + restocking fees (unless stated differently on the product page). Email your product details to returns@jenookkitchenstools.com for the restocking fees associated with your product type. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing your order.
